How does Calendly interview scheduling work?
Click "Generate Calendly Link" in the candidate's profile. AutomO creates a Calendly booking page specific to that role. Send the link to the candidate. They pick their preferred time. Calendly books the meeting and AutomO sends confirmation to the candidate and your interview panel.
What is the interview scorecard?
A weighted rubric for every interview: technical skills (40%), communication (25%), culture fit (20%), problem-solving (15%). Each interviewer submits scores 1-5. AI aggregates scores across all interviewers and flags candidates above/below your threshold automatically.
Does AutomO handle employee onboarding?
Yes. When a candidate is marked as hired, AutomO triggers a 5-step onboarding email sequence: Day 0 welcome + offer letter, Day 1 agenda + first-day checklist, Day 3 check-in, Day 7 review, Day 30 performance check-in. Each email is personalized to the role and sent automatically.
Can I manage PTO requests through AutomO?
Yes. Employees submit PTO requests in the HR dashboard. Managers receive an approval notification (email or Slack). Once approved, the calendar updates automatically. Accrual balances are tracked and displayed per employee.
